I think your plan looks good. I hope it works out. Getting teachers to be productive in meetings can be so challenging! Sometimes teachers are the worst students. Hopefully letting them voice their opinions will help. I did the same thing in my plan :)
ReplyDeleteYour plan is to the dot. I hope every thing goes as plan and the team teacher collaborate, since it will be a benefit for them. Teacher are not always the best students. But, let them know they lead by example. Good Luck!!
