Teachers will know their concerns were heard. This faculty meeting will allow the teachers to hear what the new choices are and will give them time to ask questions before making their final decision.
Conduct another survey to elicit teachers’ opinions on the new agenda and structure options. Teachers will rank their options from highest to lowest.
